Marion's Zucchini Hummus

2 zucchini or large squash peeled and chopped

¾ cup raw tahini

½ cup fresh lemon juice

¼ cup olive oil

4 cloves garlic

2 ½ teaspoons sea salt

½ tablespoon ground cumin

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth (it should have a thick consistency).
