An interesting variety of jams this month and the first Rosella Jam of the season. Plus Starfruit & Ginger; Brazilian Cherry & Apple; Plum Jam; Brazilian Cherry and Starfruit; Peach & Starfruit. We also have Starfruit in Syrup as a topping for your ice cream.

Our Chutneys and Relishes: Starfruit Chutney; Tomato Relish; Sweet Mustard Pickle; Tomato & Brazilian Cherry Chutney; Spicy Eggplant and Capsicum Chutney; and a new variety - Zucchini Pickle.

For your breakfast toast: Orange Marmalade; Mandarin Marmalade; and Lime Marmalade.

All preserves above are $6 per jar.

As a special treat we have Lemon Butter; Indian Lime Pickle and Preserved Lemons $8 per jar.

As well as preserves, we are focussing on having a variety of edible and permaculture plants for sale.

We’ll also have a wonderful display of craft items made by our craft group, including crochet topped tea-towels, reusable bags for pest exclusion or for produce, and aprons for adults and children. And don’t forget to pick up a card made by our member Dianne, who has been working on new designs over the summer break.

This month we’ll have a small selection of locally crafted cot quilts. All proceeds from the sale of the quilts are given to the Mater Mothers’ Hospital Foundation.

Don't forget to bring your jars and fabric tops back. They will be thorougly washed and reused.
